Portugal residency by investment can be attained through three different methods. The first is investing €500K in any real estate property in Portugal. It can be in one or ten properties. The third and cheapest option is to invest €280K in the rural properties that qualify for the program. They are infrequent deals but can be utilized for cheaper residency.
